"There it was, Studio Black Nails"

After spending some personal time getting to understand the true benefits of self care, I typed in a few vegan friendly key words into google, and BAM! There it was, Studio Black Nails :) 

Sabria, better known as Bree' by her IG community and Facebook following, has been in business since 2013. She has since moved into the busy North Park neighborhood of San Diego County, and I thought it was time to pay her a visit!

I immediately noticed that this was a Black owned business, and thought, " how cool is it to support my people and care for myself all at once." 

"It was the professionalism for me" 

As soon as I entered the building I was immediately greeted at the door by a kind, and friendly (masked) face. Sabria's shop was quaint, sheik, and the atmosphere was great. 

The attention to detail she gave to my nails, and the satisfaction of being treated as if the results I want MATTERED! It was more than a girl could hope for! 

It was the professionalism for me! I have had some pretty rough experiences in life PERIOD! 

So, ya' know what? I needed a break from them! 

It was a dream to be catered to, and I felt I received what I deserved from Sabria and the experience of being in her shop. This was more than just nails, this was a mental stress relief for me, so I'm sure you can relate!

              I'll definitely be back!

Self care can have wonderful and positive effects on your mental, physical, and emotional health. The benefits range from gaining self confidence, to reducing your overall stress and anxiety. 

So, I encourage you to live your best life! Do something you love!
